Together we’ll create a plan to narrow down what types of roles and companies you’d get the most fulfillment working for and then build the strategy to land those roles. This coaching has accountability baked in so you have consistent support and encouragement as you change the direction of your future.

Throughout his career, Nick has held leadership positions at prestigious organizations such as Perficient, The Pillsbury Company, Accenture and Faegre Baker Daniels. His consulting portfolio includes work with Fortune 500 companies and notable institutions such as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, General Mills, and Boston Scientific. After a successful corporate career, Nick founded CoreTactic, driven by his passion for coaching anFooterd developing talent.
